Characteristics
1.Every part of this medicine packaging line works under a PLC control system, which simplifies and regularizes the packaging process. This PLC control system is linked to a touch screen and an alarm system.
2. The whole line is driven by a servo motor and is able to carry out PVC blister molding, auto material feeding and detecting, PTP sealing, scrap recovering, and blanking automatically.
3. This medicine packaging line automatically folds and packs the instruction paper and rejects unqualified products.
4. It can be connected to other follow-up equipment.
5. It comes with an imaging monitoring system, which guarantees that the qualification rate of the finished products can be as high as 100%.
6. According to the different filling requirements, this medicine packaging line is able to adjust the working speed to achieve system balance.
7. All the delivery devices use synchronous and flexible connections that are impact-resistant, clean, and lubricant-free.
