3. The LED miner cap lamp uses high tech 1W white LED as the light source. The chip of the white LED is imported from well-known companies (like American CREE), providing great stability, low light attenuation and protection for the eyes.
4. It uses a special kind of Li-ion battery as its power source, which is added a special protection device to ensure safety performance. The Li-ion battery doesn't have memory effect, which means you don't have to completely discharge it before recharging.
5. This lamp is seven times lighter in weight than the traditional SLA lamp, and also has features like small size, large capacity, long cycle life, no leakage and no pollution. Due to its high energy efficiency, the LED miner cap lamp only consumes 0.017 kwh power per day.
6. The illumination intensity at 1m distance can be over 4500lux or 6500lux. Our LED cap lamp can be continuously operated for more than 16 hours.
7. The cap lamp is maintenance free and has a lifespan of 10 years, making frequent changes of bulbs unnecessary.
8. A digital watch can be added. Functions such as checking attendance, tracking, search and rescue, and underground communications are available.
