1. YM-B Air Leakage Tester for Medical Devices
The tester is specially used for air leakage test mentioned in national standards relevant to medical devices.

Range of pressure output: 20kPa ~ 300kPa (above local atmospheric pressure); LED digital display; error: within ±2.5% of reading.
Duration: 5 seconds ~ 99.9 minutes; with LED digital display; error: within ±1s.

Applicable to infusion sets, transfusion sets, infusion needles, filters for anesthesia, tubing, catheters, quick couplings, etc.

2. SF8368-B Air Leakage Tester for Negative Pressure Subjected Infusion Sets
The tester is designed and manufactured according to GB 8368-2005 (ISO 8536-4:2004 "Infusion equipment for medical use — Part 4: Infusion sets for single use, gravity feed, MOD"). It subjects the infusion set to an internal excess pressure of -20kPa to inspect whether air enters the infusion set.

Range of negative pressure output: 10kPa ~ 30kPa (below atmospheric pressure); LED digital display; error: within ±0.5kPa.
Negative pressure reading displayed on the manometer: shall not change ±1kPa for 1 minute.
Duration: adjustable from 1s to 60s; with LED digital display; error: within ±1s.

3. SZ8368-B Air Leakage Tester for Positive Pressure Subjected Infusion Sets
The tester is designed and manufactured according to GB 8368-2005 (ISO 8536-4:2004 "Infusion equipment for medical use — Part 4: Infusion sets for single use, gravity feed, MOD"). It applies an internal air pressure of 50kPa above atmospheric pressure for 15s to examine the infusion set for air leakage.

Range of positive pressure output: 120kPa ~ 160kPa (containing local atmospheric pressure); LED digital display; error: within ±5%.
Positive pressure reading displayed on the manometer: shall not fall 1kPa for 1 minute.
Duration: adjustable from 1s to 60s; with LED digital display; error: within ±1s.
