This CNC pipe cutting machine is
designed for cutting line of intersection and holes on steel and nonferrous
metal pipes with large diameters from 800mm to 2000mm. It is widely used in construction, chemical,
ship building, mechanical engineering, metallurgy, and power generation
industries for pipe cutting and processing.
This big diameter CNC pipe cutting machine is easy to use. It can automatically
cut out the line of intersection, intersection hole, and bevel angle, etc.
after users input the pipes’ semi-diameter and intersection angle as well as
other necessary data.
The control axes for this CNC pipe cutting equipment ranges from 2 to 6 to suit
customers’ varied demands. During cutting process,
the control axes can achieve combined operation, so this CNC pipe cutting
machine can also conduct fixed angle bevel cutting, fixed point bevel cutting,
varied angle bevel cutting, etc. In addition, it has pipe roundness and
eccentricity compensation function.
