Themarble aluminum composite panel is a flat panel composed of non-toxic unbrokenLDPE core bonded between front marble finished aluminum sheets and back primeraluminum sheets. The aluminum composite panel is produced in patterns thatimitate marble. They have superior fireproof property, longlife, and exceptional surface flatness. Due to their good weather resistance,the marble finished aluminum composite panels can withstand adverse weatherconditions. They are lightweight, easy to maintain and the colors can becustomized.

a) Top:Aluminum alloy sheet coated with fluoro-carbon resin (PVDF) and polyester resin(PE) roasting painting.

b) Core: Non-toxic polyethylene or fireproofmaterial

c) Back: Aluminum alloy sheet coated withpolyester resin painting

d) Surface finish: PVDF/PE resin, brush finish,mirror finish, wooden faced, nano painting, etc.

e) Surfacecoating thickness: 30 um 70% KYNAR PVDF
