Manual Feeding Laminator

Our manual feeding laminator is used for laminatingcorrugated board or cardboard. It uses abelt type automatic feeder to ensure the corrugated board laminating.

Features

1. The core rubber roller,together with knurled steel roller, enhances the evenness of gluing, strengthof stickiness, as well as lowering the production cost.
2. It uses balance-tested rollers to make the manual feedinglaminator run quite stable.
3. The machine uses an automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulatingsystem.
4. Top or bottom sheet detectors are installed on themanual feeding laminator which will automatically stop when there is a shortageof sheets - either top or bottom one is detected. The electric parts used are all worldwideavailable brands or well-known Chinese brands.
5. All material bought from outside are inspectedaccording to ISO-9001 standard and the key parts, such as bearings, areimported.
6. The bottom sheet forthis manual feeding laminator can be A, B, C, D, E, or F flute corrugatedsheet. It can finish 3 or 5 ply board tosheet lamination or board to board lamination. The range for top paper can be 150-600 GSMwith top paper advance or alignment function.
7. Gluing even: 30-50gsm. Quite cost effective for your production.
8. The belt ofthe conveyor is SIGLING, the vacuumfeeding belt is Nita, the timing beltis GEIZE and the bearings in key parts are UBC or IKO.
