MNS Standard Type Withdrawable Switchgear Cabinet (ABB Type)

The withdrawable switchgear cabinet is designed and developedbased on imported switchgear. This product is applicable to the system of ratedworking voltage 660V, AC50 (60)50Hz forpower generating, transporting,distributing, transferring and power consumption equipment controlling. Usedfor general handling, it can also be used for offshore drilling platforms andnuclear power stations. It conforms with state standard GB7251.1 (low voltage switchgear andcontrol equipment), JB/T9661 (LVdrawable switchgear equipment), and internationalstandard IEC439. This device can be assembled into different enclosurestructures and drawer units, adopting high intensity fire resistant engineeringplastic components. It enhances the protection function. The drawer unitfeatures small volume, strong function, high changeability, easy maintenanceand reliable contacting, etc. characters.

StructureInstruction
The structure of the basic cabinet enclosure of the withdrawable switchgear cabinet is C section bar type. Allthe enclosure components are made of aluminum coated zinc plate or zinc coatingplate, which are formed to be an enclosure by 8.8self tapping screw. Accordingto different projects, you can add a door, seal plate, partition plate,bracket, bus bar, function unit, etc. parts, to form acomplete device. In the device, the components dimension, compartment dimensionusing modulus (Stand modulus is E=20mm) cabinet can use a backout going wire method, but the main bus bar must be on top of the cabinet. Thevertical channel uses a half piece of function plate type, which is easy tomaintain. The width of the cabinet is 600 and the cabinet protection grade isIP3X-4X.

Drawer Type
It has four dimension series: 8E/4, 8E/2, 8E, 16E, 24E and allseries’ height is 8E(200mm)

8E/4: in 8E(200mm) height space, install 4pcs drawer units.
8E/2: in 8E(200mm) height space, install 2pcs drawer units.
8E: in 8E(200mm) height space, install 1pcs drawer units.
16E: in 16E(400mm) height space, install 1pcs drawer units.
24E: in 24E(600mm) height space, install 1pcs drawer units.

The rated current of unit circuit is 400A or below. For 8E/4 and8E/2, the drawer structure is made of fire resistant plastic and aluminum alloysection bar. These four series drawer units can be use one series in onecabinet or the series can be mixed together to be assembled in one cabinet. Thefunction unit compartment total height is 72E(1800mm).
