Decorative Wood Plastic Composite Extrusion Line

The MSYF series decorative wood plastic composite extrusion line, typically suited for PVC+wood flour materials, is used to produce skirting board, louver blade, picture frame, doorcase, door pocket, upright post, stair railing, and other wood plastic composite products.

The wood plastic composite production line, using unique technology and formula, can design different products according to different profile sections and uses. The wood plastic composite extrusion line provides an optional double-screw and single-screw extruder special for wood plastic composite products, together with the specific vacuum forming machine, hauling unit, transverse cutter, and tilter, etc. By changing different moulds, the can produce profiles of different specifications.

The hauling unit of the wood plastic composite profile extrusion line utilizes unique technology, offering stable performance, high reliability and great traction force. The vacuum forming machine uses special vortex cooling system for cooling and forming, so it can meet the requirements of producing WPC profiles. Equipped with a dust reclaimer, the transverse cutter provides synchronous cutting with the profile pulling, reasonable design, stable operation and automatic cut-to-length.
