Use
The ER309 TIG welding wire is used for
welding 22Cr-12Ni stainless steel, as well as dissimilar metals such as
stainless steel, chrome molybdenum steel, etc. to mild steel. For instance, it
is applicable to welding 304L to medium carbon steel or low alloy steel.

Use
In addition to welding 22Cr-12Ni stainless steel, the ER309L TIG welding wire
is applied to dissimilar metal welding: such as stainless steel, chrome molybdenum
steel, etc. to mild steel. For example, the stainless steel welding wire is
suitable for the welding of 304L composite steel cladding. Ferritic structure in deposited metal helps improve
the resistance to cracking and corrosion.
