This kind of low pressure solar collector is a tubecollector. It is used on commercial projects for hotels, schools or swimming pools.

Features
1. Compulsive recycling helps the system collector absorb the sun’s energy and efficiently transfers it to the water tank.

Principles and characteristics
1. Auto charging water: The water is charged by a solenoid valve. When it reaches the setting time and setting water level, the solenoid valve will start to charge the water until the tank is full of water
2. Temperature difference circulation: When the solar collector temperature is 10 higher than the tank temperature, the circulation pump will start to inject cold water from the tank to the collectors, so the hot water in the collectors will go to the tank. When the temperature difference is lower than 3, the circulation pump will stop.
3. Anti-freezingcirculation: When the circulation pipe temperature is lower than the setting data, the temperature difference pump will start to inject hot water from the tank to the circulation pipe. When the circulation pipe temperature is higher than the setting data, the pump will stop.
4. Electrical heater assistant: When the water temperature in the tank is below the setting data at the setting time, the electrical heater will start to heat the water until it reaches the setting data.
5. Pipe circulation: When the outlet pipe temperature is lower than the setting data, the pipe circulation pump P2 will start to inject the hot water of the tank into the tank. Make sure when you open the water tap you have hot water.

Absorbance of solar selective absorptive coating:0.94; Hemispherical emittance:0.08; Getter according to GB/T9505-1998.
-Start-up temperature: no more than 25.
-Start-up time: no longer than 2 minutes under normal sunshine.
-Low temperature resistance: no breaks at -30.
-Heat impact resistance: no damages after over 3 time’s alternative impacts of cold water below 25 and hot water over 90.
-Pressure resistance: can withstand 0.6Mpa.
-Hail resistance: no damage by the impact of diameter 25mm hail.
-Appearance standard: the color of the selective absorptive coatings should be even and the coatings should have no wrinkles and peelings. The allowed tolerance of borosilicate glad tube’s diameter should be in accordance with ISO4803:1978 and camber of the borosilicate glass tubes should be no more than 0.3%.
