The film laminating machine is designed for lamination between different types of film materials such as BOPP film, PET film, CPP film, PC film, PVC film, and more. Also, it can be used for lamination between paper and other similar materials.

Construction Advantages of the Film Laminating Machine
1. The main motor of the film laminating machine is vector controlled and has an AC frequency inverter for speed control. Swing arms are utilized for control the tightness and looseness of glue coating rollers and heating drums, thus ensuring smooth lamination material surface.
2. Material rewinding and unwinding unit
The material unwinding unit of the film laminating machine has a photoelectric position correction device, and the unwinding tension force is manually controlled. The material rewinding unit of the film laminator is in linkage structure and is torque motor controlled. These designs ensure smooth material unwinding and rewinding.
3. Glue coating unit
The anilox roller uses a doctor blade to scrape excess glue from the surface leaving just the measured amount of glue in the cells. The glue thickness can be freely adjusted through the dual-air cylinder controlled doctor blade.
The pressure force between glue coating rollers is controlled by dual air cylinders and is adjustable as well. When the film laminating machine stops working, the laminating material will be automatically lifted up.
4. Drying oven
The drying oven of the film laminating machine consists of four temperature control sections and an internal heat recycling system. The material-protection rollers and heating drum run synchronously to make sure laminating materials are well protected while drying. The special design of drying unit makes the film laminating machine energy efficient.
5. Heating drum and compression rollers
The heating drum of our film laminating machine heats materials via conduction oil. This ensures uniform heating and low energy consumption. The compression rollers are controlled by dual air cylinders, and the pressure force between them is adjustable.
