Advantages
The longitudinal snapping and separation deviceconsists of longitudinal snapping wheels, separating rollers, their respectivepresetting tools and pneumatic actuating devices. It is used to snap small-sizeglass plate along the longitudinal shear mark in the middle and keep certainintervals between the parts that have snapped off. As soon as the command forlongitudinal separation is sent by the cold end control system, thelongitudinal snapping wheel and separation roller, driven by the pneumaticactuating mechanism, will reach the preset positions where the glass plate withshear mark is snapped into parts by gravity or pneumatically. Then thelongitudinal separation roller separates the parts and keeps an intervalbetween them.
