Vacuum Forming Storage Tray

The vacuum forming storage tray is divided into two types: general type storage tray and heavy duty type storage tray. General type vacuum forming storage tray is usually made of materials like PS, PVC and PET with a thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 1.2mm. Heavy duty type storage tray is generally made of materials like ABS, HIPS and HDPE with a thickness ranging from 1.2mm to 6 mm. HDPE materials should be the ideal choice to make storage trays, however for technological reasons, it is often replaced with ABS material by many vacuum forming manufacturers.

The vacuum forming storage tray produced by our company is made of HDPE material. It benefits from a much longer service life than the one made of ABS material.
