Leakage Check Sterilizer

The leakage check sterilizer using full steam as sterilizing medium is suitable for high temperature sterilizing operation, inspection and washing treatment, mainly applicable to injection, oral liquid and other products. 100% inspection result can be obtained due to the vacuum and colorful water inspection. This sterilizing equipment runs steadily and has complete sterilizing record, conforming to GMP standard.

Structure Features of Leakage Check Sterilizer
Main Body
It is of horizontal rectangle structure. The inner liner is made of acid-proof stainless steel 304, and stainless steel wiring-drawing plate is adopted for decoration case. Available sealing doors include double-door-leaf auto-moving door, mechanical door or bar-supporting door (only for below 2.0m3 small equipment type).
Control System
Computer-control or PLC+HMI system can be adopted. Temperature time and FO value double-monitor is employed to ensure sterilizing results.
Pipeline system:
Burkert high temperature air-operated valve is used. The main parts are Grundfos circular water pump, Siemens vacuum pump, etc.
