Introduction of A-Class Marine Fireproof Glass:

A-Class Marine Flame-proof Glass is a Kind of compound glass,which is mada by filling fire-resistand fluid into the middle of tempered glass with two or above layers. Such product has been certified by Far-east Fire Proof Tesr Center and SQGTC with its aggregative indicators complying with Standard CB15763-1995 and meeting the requirements specified in Part 3 of Supplementary Rules 1 in IMO <Fire test Procedure Code >. With the model approved by China Classification Society(CCS),the product applies to the scuttles,rectangular windows,partition walls and doors etc of various naval ships.

Product Performance of A-Class Marine Fireproof Glass:

1.High weathering resistance:A-class Marine fire-resisting glass can be used at temperatures varying from -40℃ to 60℃,yet transparent.
2.Good ultraviolet irradiation resistance:A-Class ship fire-resisting glass can endure continuous ultraviolet irradiation without turbidity,degumming,yellowing and other phenomena.
3.Good thermo insulating property:the unexposed surface of A-Class ship fire-resisting glass has a temperature rise no more than 140℃within specified fire resistance period.
4.Good optical property:A-Class ship fire resisting glass has low optical distortion and a light transmittance more than 70%.
