TheLPG compressor, ZW Seriesof liquefied petroleum gas recycle compressor is a vertical, single acting,air-cooled, oil-free lubrication, reciprocating pistonunit. This series compressor cylinder and packing components are oil-free toensure the purity of its working medium. The crankshaft, connecting rod,crosshead components are pressure lubricated (splash lubricated) to ensure thereliability of lubrication.

The LPG compressor, ZW Series offers excellentcomplement and satisfied performance. It is lightweight, occupies a small area,has more compressing ratio, runs smoothly, has a long service life of spareparts. It offers a simple operation, reliability and easy maintenance. The ZWseries compressors have both fixed or movable types; both normal atmosphere(0.1~1.5MPa) and high pressure (1.6~2.4MPa) to meet different requirements ofcustomers.

Applications

TheLPG compressor is suitable for working in large, middle and small LPG storages,conveying and distribution stations, bottle filling stations, gasificationstations, gas mixing stations and tank vehicle loading. It has the functions ofvehicle loading, unloading, bottle filling, bottle emptying, conveying, residueremoval and residual gas recycling. It can be also used in the processes ofother petrol-industries.
