Functions
L-Threonine is the second limiting amino acid for pigs after lysine and the third limiting amino acid for poultry. With the development of feed industry, more and more L-Threonine is used in the feed for newborn pig, covering pig, poultry, shrimp, eel, etc.
L-Threonine can keep the balance of amino acids in the feed,
stimulate the growth of the animals, improve the meat quality, decrease the
cost of feed raw material, improve zootechnical
performance, reduces nitrogen in the animal excrement and urine, reduce the
concentration of ammonia and slow down its release in animal shed, etc.
