Working principle
The filtered clean air is first heated by heat exchanger, and then led to the ebullator through distribution valve. At the same time, humid materials enter the fluidized bed dryer through feeder and boil because of the air pressure. In a short time, the water will be evaporated. The dried material is discharged from material outlet, while the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the ebullated bed, and then goes through cyclone dust collector and bag-type dust collector in which solid powder is recycled.
