1. Our alligator shear uses hydraulic drive. Compared with shears which use mechanic drive, it features small volume, light weight, small movement inertia, low noise, stable movement, flexible operation, big shearing area, etc.
2. It uses mechanic, hydraulic and electric integrated control which can realize single movement or continuous movement. Its operation is very simple. You can stop or run it at any working position. It can realize easily overload protection.
3. This alligator shear has a wide range of application. Not only can it be used for the metal recycling industry, but the casting room and mechanical construction industry.
4. Its work incision is various, including 400mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1600mm and 1800mm. Nine shearing forces from 63 tons to 500 tons are available. It can meet different requirements of different customers.
5. This alligator shear can be easily installed without a foot screw. In regions where there is no power supply, you can use a diesel motor to power the machine.
