Middle Speed Paper Cup Forming Machine

The middle speed paper cup forming machine or middle speed paper cup forming machine knurled the cup /bowl bottom and curled the cup/bowl top by two separated procedures, which can reduce the working operations and improve the running speed. The middle speed paper cup making machine has stable performance. The applicable paper is from 230g to 400g in both one-side PE paper and two-side PE paper.

Working Principle:
The middle speed paper cup forming machine adopts synchronous belt drive. The design is reasonable with low noise.

3. It feeds the bottom into the paper cup with high accuracy at a time, which reduces the wasted bottom caused by second feeding.
4. It curls bottom by revolving performance which can reduce the rubbing and make the bottom smooth. In addition, the printing surface and the two- side PE cup bottom will not be damaged.
5. The middle speed paper cup forming machine equipped automatic counter which make the machine removes the cups when the number reaches 50
6. The main parts are finished perfectly and each of its components can be exchanged
