Featuresof K Modular Prefab House:
1.Our modular prefab house is designed with adouble pitched slope. The house adopts a light weight steel structure skeletonthat is cold rolled. It is surrounded by a colored steel sandwich panel.
2. The steel structure skeleton makes the house reliable in its resistance toheavy winds and earthquakes. The house can withstand wind speeds of up to 120km/h and has ananti-seismic ability of up to grade 7.
3. The colored steel sandwich panel, which is made of a colored steel sheet andpolystyrene material, is fire proof and can insulate heat.
Note:every sandwich panel ofour prefabricated house series A, B, andCenjoy the same standard size of 1820mm(L)*950mm (W).The panels are specially designed to connect with each other by insertion. Thiseliminated the need for any connecting accessories.
However, the sizes and specifications of their roofs can be designed accordingto the requirements of customers.
Our modular prefab houses adopt the same standardized components. They all takeK as modulus (1K=1820mm). Thehorizontal size of the house is nK+160 and the vertical size is nK+160.
Number of floors is shown by the P modulus (1P=0.95m), 3P being one storey (our Series A), 6P twostorey (our Series B), and 9P three storey (our Series C).
4. Our modular prefab house is easy to assembly and disassembly on-site. Thisis because all its component parts are prefabricated in the factory. Thewindows and doors can be designed as per the requirements of our customers.
5. Since the components of our prefabricated house can be separated, they cansave space during shipping thus reducing the transportation cost.
6. The daily assembling workload of our single skilled worker is 20m² building area. And only six workersare needed to finish the assembly of one prefabricated house of 120m² in one day.
7. Our modular prefab house is easy to disassemble and can be used for a longperiod without getting damaged. Its shelf life is more than 20 years.Additionally, it will does not produce any building debris, making iteconomical, efficient, as well as environmental friendly.
8. The roof is designed with a waterproof system, making it convenient even inrainy weather.
9. 1-3 storey is available for your choice.
10. We can provide mineral wool acoustic ceiling, cement ceiling, partition aswell as laminated flooring accessories for our customers.
11. We can produce installation services for our customers as well asfacilitate training and supervision of workers on-site.
