1. The automatic block making machine is designed with an imported PLC intelligent control system. With human-machine interface and the control system with safety logic controller, the block making machine is able to achieve functions such as production process and fault display, fault diagnosis and treatment, and remote control system updating, etc. Hence, the machine operation is simple, and professionals are not a necessity any more. Common people can operate the machine after a short period of training.
2. The hydraulic and sealing components of our automatic block making machine are imported ones, and they use proportional valves with high dynamic performance. Thus, the oil level and pressure can be adjusted according to working requirements, to accurately control the operation of key components.
3. The vibrator of this brick making equipment adopts synchronous vibration system with variable frequency motor for vibration frequency control. So, the principle of feeding material with low frequency and molding products with high frequency is available to get fine vibration effect for different material and products. The vibration acceleration can be willfully adjusted as well.
4. The brick molding machine is made of particular casting components of high accuracy and strength with special welding technique, thus it has the characteristics of high rigidity, vibration resistance and durability.
5. The guidepost is made of particular steel with high strength, and is chrome plated, thus is highly twist and abrasion resistance
6. The material distribution machine uses rotated equipment forcing the material to be distributed. As compared with other machines, this block machine can smoothly finish wet material distribution and material distribution while making perforated bricks.
7. Our automatic block making machine adopts four guideposts to accurately control the operation of the press head and the mould. Products are molded with vibration on the vibration table. The feeding equipment is reciprocating oriented. As a result, our automatic block making machine features fast and uniform material distribution, short molding cycle and high production efficiency. In addition, blocks obtained are of high intensity and strength, in accurate size.
8. The machine can serve several purposes. By using different moulds thus, blocks of different sizes can be produced. If equipped with pigment device it can also produce color pavement brick.
