By making improvement on Germany superior quality transformers and our JBK3 machine tool control transformer, we have successfully developed the JBK control transformer.
Years of research and development as well as manufacturing experience, coupled with latest technologies, allow us to produce reliable performance control transformer. By integrating the terminals and transformer framework together, we can improve the protection grade of the transformer to IP2LX. Cold pressing terminals are utilized and meanwhile, the unique wiring method can guarantee the high-density connection of wires.

The connection between silicone sheets, the silicone sheet and the baseplate both all completed using argon arc welding technique, which ensures good integrity and aesthetical structure. The baseplate is formed at a stroke, ensuring precise size. This allows the control transformer to have more precise installation dimension. Meanwhile, superior anticorrosion alloy material greatly improves the reliability of grounding performance.
Due to high quality, our control transformer is certified by CE and UL, and conforms to VDE0550, IEC204-1, IEC439, JB, T9446-1999, and GB5226 as well as other related national and international standards.
