Koller Ice Cube Machine

Our CV series ice cube machine ranges from1 ton to 20 tons capacity in 24 hours. It is anautomatic ice making machine with a packing function. If the local water is ofgood quality, the ice cube machine can produce ice cubes that are transparent,crystal, clean, edible and sanitary, which can give you a fresh and coolfeeling.

It can produce two sizes of ice cubes: 22mm*22mm*22mmand29mm*29mm*22mm. The ice making time is controlled under a PLC programand it comes with a packing function.

Features

1.It offers large production capacity. Production of the ice cube machine canreach 90-95% in the summer. When the ambienttemperature is lower than 23, Koller productioncan reach 100-130% as compared with other small type cube ice machines (only50%-60% in summer).

2.The ice cube machine offers low power consumption and saves energy. Only 85-90kwis consumed to produce one ton of ice.

3. The ice cube machine is easy to operate.It has Siemens PLC programmablecontrol, self-adjustment for ice thickness, self-adaptation for ambienttemperature and balance between automatic ice forming and water supply, norequirement to manual adjustment. The machine can be equipped with multiple-functions such as automatic starting or shutdown, ice stopping production when the ice bins are full,and automatically filling up with water.

4. There is a special ice discharge outletfor ice packing. There is no need to touch the ice by hand; you can pack theice cubes directly into plastic bags from the machine, guaranteeing the ice tobe clean and sanitary.

5. The ice cube machine is a compactstructure with an integrated design, utilizing a small amount of space andemitting low noise. The machine uses stainless steel 304 for the mainframestructure and panels, which protects against rust. It guarantees the ice to besanitary, clear and drinkable.

6. The ice freezing time is 20-23 minutesper shift for ice cubes.
