Applications of the Packaging PVC Film
The packaging PVC film is ideal outer packaging material for use in home textile, cosmetic, cloth, and hardware industries. Also, the PVC film is commonly used in industries and fields such as plastic film laminating, car sticker, stationery, file folder, gift wrapping material, inflammable toys, raincoat, apron, shower curtain, table cloth, electrical tape, laminate flooring protective layer, adhesive bandage, baby diapers, and so on.

Features of the Packaging PVC Film
1. The packaging PVC film can be smoothly and simply unwound due to our adoption of eco-friendly smoothing agent made in Japan.
2. Germany production equipment helps ensure the uniform thickness of the plastic film. The film has accurate thickness. Its thickness ranges from 0.04mm to 0.50mm, and the thickness tolerance is about 0.005mm. Meanwhile, the packaging PVC film has width ranging from 30cm to 220cm and hardness from PHR18 to 60 to suit customers’ varied demands.
3. The packaging PVC film has stable quality, high utilization rate, and fine surface quality. It can be welded by high frequency welding machines and printed by printing machines due to its good processing ability and good ink absorption.
4. We utilize environmental friendly DINCH plasticizer from BASF and special production equipment for our plastic film manufacturing, so as to offer worldwide customers eco friendly packaging PVC film conforming to EN71-3, ROHS, 2005/84/EC, 94/62/EC, REACH, and PAHS standards.
5. Due to high quality auxiliary materials acquired from BASF and CIBA, our packaging PVC film is provided with good resistance to fire, static, aging, and UV, etc. Also, it is mould proof and has good air tightness. Test reports by SGS and TüV are available.
6. The packaging PVC film utilizes PVC as the main material, and is manufactured with EPE sponge.
