1. High reliability: The outercoating uses PVC plastic for water and moisture resistance. The thermalinsulation material adopts glass fiber wool, resulting in uniform and reliableinsulation effect. The inner tube is made of fluorine plastic material, whichis resistant to heat and corrosion. The heat tracing material is standardheating tape. All these materials are quality built and long lasting.
2. Convenient installation: The instrument silicone insulation tube adoptsflexible materials, allowing ease of bending. The inner tubes can be connectedusing sleeve type joints, which contributes to reliable sealing and easyinstallation. The product can also use anti-explosive joints.

Tube diameter includes 6 × 1, 7 × 1, 8 × 1, and 8 × 1.5. The insulation tube canalso be custom made to user’s specifications.

Installation Instructions
1. Beforeinstallation, first cut off the product as required, but leave a proper length of about 0.5m.
2. Then separate the heating tape from the inner tubecarefully, cut the insulation layer of the broken end in the shape of cone andwrap it with sealing tape to avoid moisture.
3. The inner tube and equipment can be connected using flaredjoints.
4. The connection of power supply and the heating tapecan use standard junctionbox or copper clamps with sealing tapes.
5. Upon request, we can offer flared joint andself-vulcanizing sealing tape. These can be provided by users as well.
