InlineAttenuator
The inline attenuator is used in an optical systemwhere the optical power from a source is too high for the test equipment inuse. The fixed optical fiber attenuator introduces an in-line fixed loss thatwill reduce the source power to an acceptable detection level. The attenuationlevel should be stable with temperature and wavelength for a stable reliablesystem.
G-TECHproducesawide range of fixed in-line singlemode and multimodeattenuator. The inline attenuator is used directly on the fiber optic connectorand provides a fixed level of optical attenuation. Single mode fiber basedattenuators with single window (1310nm or 1550nm) or dual window(1310nm&1550nm). Multimode fiber based attenuators with single window(850nm or 1310nm). FC and SC connector types with PC or APC polish areavailable, as well as ST and LC types of attenuators.
