Maintenance for a fuelinjector
A routine check is necessary after an injector haveworked for 700hours. If the opening pressure is lower than 1Mpa, or if thereare carbon deposits on the needle valve head, the needle valve of a fuelinjector should be taken out and cleaned. It is necessary to ensure that thepressure-difference between all cylinders is smaller than 1Mpa.
