Applications
The industrial anti abrasive floor paint can be applied in highly abrasion and impact resistant manufacturing shop in the fields of electric appliances, electronic machinery, instrumentation, communications equipment, food, autos, warehousing, medicines and chemical. This gloss thick film floor paint particularly suits passages for forklifts and cars.

Instructions
1. The cement base should either be smoothed through overall floor finishing, or brushing cement mortar. Avoid superficial flatness by spreading cement dust on the surface of the cement base. The curing period for new floor base should no less than 30 days, and the water content in operation should be below 8%.
2. Two-component packaging is adopted for the gloss thick film industrial anti abrasive floor paint. When using the indutrial floor paint, first mix and cure the two components proportionally for 20 minutes. Before primer coating and middle coating, make sure the wear resistant filler are added in proportion to the paint mixture, and are evenly stirred manually and mechanically. Knifing or brushing can be employed for the primer coating and middle ping of the industrial anti abrasive floor paint.
3. Top coating can only be carried out when the middle coating is completely neat and smooth, through spray finishing or bush painting.
