Impact Mill LHI
1. Working Principle of Impact Mill LHI
After roughly crushed, materials are fed into milling chamber of Impact Mill LHI. When the chamber is rotating at high speed, the great impact force generated between materials and rotary parts helps realize superfine grinding. Then coarse and fine powders will be classified. Finally, qualified powders will be collected by cyclonic collectors and unqualified powders will be ground for the second time. Filtered air will be discharged by induced draft fans.

Impact Mill LHI is a kind of multi-functional powder processing equipment designed by our company. It features high efficiency and low energy consumption.
1. The rotor and classification wheel are driven by single electrical motor, which will save 60%-90% energy compared with other mills.
2. It produce D97=10-15μm powder materials by adjusting the speed of rotor and classification wheel and the height of classification wheel.
3. New wear resistant materials are adopted to lengthen the service life of the impact mill, and there is no pollution to produce materials with Moh’s hardness no more than 5.
4. This vertical impact mill is compact designed and occupies little space.
5. No dust pollution for negative pressure production
6. Quick-open structure makes the impact mill easy for installation and dismounting and cleaning as well.
7. High automation and stable performance enables the impact mill to operate continuously without stop.
8. This Impact Mill LHI can be used for disaggregating of high water-content, sticky, tenacious materials, etc. It is especially suitable for tough and fragile materials.
