ISUZU Diesel Generator Set

Overview

The SCOPE POWER-ISUZU generator set engine is manufactured by ForwardEngine (Beijing) Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.in China.It also includes an alternator, base frame, connecting flange, fuel tank, controlsystem, etc. Gensets can be open type or soundproof (silent) type.

1. Engine

It is based on the ISUZU engine, developed by the FOTON Company throughcooperation with the AVL Company from Austria. It offers a number ofadvantages: superior fuel economy, an optimized fuel and cooling system, and lowCO emissions. It contributes to the more effective use of limited resources.

Features

1. TheISUZU diesel generator set offers reliability. The crankshaft is forged byalloy steel, which can make the use-life 3 times that of the common cast-ironcrankshaft.

2. Itis economical. The cylinder-bore diameter is 93mm and the displacement is small, so the fuelconsumption could get a high point and could reach 213 g/kwh.

3. TheISUZU diesel generator set is environmentally friendly. The crankshaft pulleysun-counterbalance would less than 30g.cmwhich invariably assures the compression ratio of the engine and works stably.

4. Noiseis effectively controlled. It is one meter away from the engine 92dB(A).

2. Alternator

The ISUZU diesel generator set can be coupled withthe SCOPE POWER series A.C. synchronous brushless alternator (a new style wedesigned, with updated international technology). It can also be matched with aSTAMFORD, LEROY SOMER or MARATHON alternator according to customers demand.

3. Controller System

1. The ISUZU diesel generator set offers thestandard control panel, including volt meter, frequency meter, ampere meter,water temperature gauge, oil temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, AMF controlmodule, oil level indicator, emergency button, preheating button, batteryvoltage gauge, and hours running counter for protection and transferring.

2. It can becombined with an ATS electric control cabinet, including circuit breaker, LCDor LED auto controller, indicating lamp, transfer switch, etc. The automatictransfer switch (ATS) uses updated technology, which can be automatic controlfor on-off electricity, remote monitoring, automatic parallel operation, etc.
