Working Principle
Tablets to be film coating are moved in a continuous orbital motion within the closed rotating drum under the action of a streamline guide plate. During this motion, coating solution is sprayed automatically, in accordance with the crafts process and rational crafts parameters. At the same time, hot air is applied under negative pressure status and passes through the tablets and exhaust from the bottom of the tablets layers. The coating solution sprayed on the tablet surface dries rapidly and evenly, forming a solid and smooth film on the tablet surface.

Features
All operations of the TGB-E series tablet coating machine, including the control of hot air temperature and adjustment of drum speed, are controlled by SIEMENS PLC and color touch screen system.

Under the agitator of streamline guide plate's action, the tablets tumble smoothly and exchange frequently, thus avoiding falling from a high place and colliding. This solves the problem of broken tablets and chipped edges, and improves the passing rate of the finished product. The narrow guide plate prevents the coating material from attaching to it, saving the coating material and improving coating quality.

High efficiency tablet coating machine uses the constant-pressure variable peristaltic pump, cancelling the return pipe. The turning radius of the roller varies along with the pressure change. The coating material and spraying volume are balanced automatically, stabilizing the effect of atomization, simplifying the spray system, preventing the spray gun from plugging-up, and saving the coating material. Cleaning is simple and there are no dead corners.

The patented spray gun is specifically designed and processed for the film coating machine to achieve even atomization and cover a large spraying area. The universal adjustable spraying head has no limit on dosing. The washing mechanism of the spray gun prevents it from clogging and makes the film coating process run continuously, reducing coating time and saving coating materials.
