Tubular Sterilizer

The tubular sterilizer adopts two layers of casing tubes, with materials flowing in the inner layer and heating medium flowing reversely in the outer layer. This simple structure makes the sterilizer easy to maintain. In the gas-liquid mixer, the steam heats water directly, not as a heating medium to sterilize materials. This tubular sterilizer is also equipped with a three-way directional valve, which allows materials to change flow direction in the pipeline, so as to ensure that these materials are evenly heated. The heat preservation section, cooling section, and other pipeline adopt flange connection mode, and are equipped with the steam isolation protection system to prevent secondary pollution.
