Features
1. The hydraulic ironworker is designed withreasonable structure, which is light in weight and reliable in operation.Additionally, it only operates low noise and can overload.
2.The standard configuration of the hydraulic ironworker include punching station, shear station like channel steel and angle steel shear station, thick plate shear station and round steel and squareshear station, and corner station. The selectable accessories include largepunching hole, distortion of the plates, channel steel punching, shutters andthe shear angle of the tube.
3. The 5 configured stations and the dual hydraulic workstations can work atthe same time and the machine can be used without the adjustment of thebalance. The CNC system can enhance the automatically punching and theefficiency.
4. Designed with the advanced European processing technology, this hydraulicironworker is in welded structure. With the hot quenching, this structure ishigh in rigidity and sturdiness. The blades have been dealt with special vacuumheat, which can extend its lifetime.
5. The shear tube mould attached with the hydraulic ironworker can shear tubeand bevel. The high efficiency can reduce cost and the shear section isuniform.
