Application
The YGL-100 drilling rig comes with a fully hydraulic power head (top drive) and crawler traveling mechanism. It has many uses, as for the drilling of anchoring holes for high rise buildings\' deep basement foundation; drainage holes; large tonnage pre-stressed anchoring holes for various geotechnical engineering projects, including the side-slope construction of dams, railway and highway, etc.; guide holes for high pressure jet grouting in the gravel strata; and blast holes. This multifunctional drilling rig is also used for creating the anti-floating anchoring hole, the foundational reinforcing hole of interior architecture, the grouting reinforcing hole, the reinforcement hole of road or dam foundations, and the anchoring hole for landslide prevention projects.

1. With large rotary torque and a long feed travel, the hydraulic drilling rig offers high hole drilling speed and high work efficiency.
2. The output spindle of the power head is designed with an extension mechanism (Chinese patent number: ZL03222451.6), which effectively protects the drilling tools.
3. The power head of the drilling rig utilizes a hydraulic gear-shifting mechanism which ensures quick, convenient and reliable gear-shifting
4. The hydraulic drill pipe clamp and wrench devices allows the drilling equipment to mechanically accomplish some operation procedures and thus reduces operators\' work intensity greatly.
5. The hydraulic crawler drilling rig is mounted on a track chassis with a turning platform mechanism, making it easy to move and transport.
