The hydraulic CNC punching shearing machine,originally developed and manufactured at Jiemai in China, is a kind of new machineintegrating the CNC turret punch press and the right-angle shearing machine. Different from the traditionalprocess of punching and shearing separation, this machine can at once finishsheet punching, molding and shearing, which can directly produce raw materialsinto finished work pieces. As a result, our punching shearing machine can shortenthe processing time by 60% and save about 10% on materials, greatly increasingthe working efficiency and lowering the cost. The cubic warehouse, feedingdevice, discharging device, sorting unit, stacking equipment and more can alsobe offered to further increase the automation degree of the whole machine.The punching shearing machine reaches the advanced level of similar importedproducts.
