Suction and discharge flanges are available upon request. Flanges enable us to change the size of suction inlets and discharge outlets, thus facilitating us to mount and dismount water pipes.

More detailed pump construction:
1. Our single stage single suction centrifugal pumps are uniquely designed. They allow disassembling of the pump casting and rotary components without removing the pipe works.
2. Two ball bearings are installed on the mounting frame. They are lubricated by grease or engine oil.
3. The motor is flexibly coupled with the pump.
4. Whole casting technology is adopted for manufacturing the suction and discharge flanges, the casing, and pump foot.
5. The volute casing, impeller and casing cover are all made of cast iron. The sealing box is sealed by means of soft-packed or mechanical seal.
6. Support foot, an auxiliary frame to the mounting frame, is made of carbon steel.
