Structure Features of Hot Water Autoclave
Main Body
It is characterized with horizontal round cylinder structure, acid-proof stainless steel 304 inner liner, stainless steel wiring-drawing plate for decoration case, double-door-leaf auto-moving door etc. In addition, it adopts patent compressed-air sealing technology and has standard GMP certification joint.
Control System
Upper and lower position control models are available. Temperature, pressure, FO value and other parameters and curves can be printed at any time or stored in hard disk. Temperature time and FO value double-monitor is used to ensure the sterilizing results.
Pipeline System
The main parts of this system are Alfalava stainless steel plate type heat interchanger, Grundfos circle water pump, Burkert angle type air-operated valve, special spraying system, etc. It runs reliably, with a long service life.
