The machineframe is primarily welded using rectangular steel extrusions, and offers stableperformance. The horizontal winding machine is composed of a spring typelifting system, polished rod wire winder, clampingsystem and taking-up mechanism. The spring lifting system functions to replacethe reel according to requirement. Polished rod wire winder allows the wire torotate along with the reel and move side-to-side according to preset array pitch,thus achieving desired wire winding results. The clamping system, as its namesuggest, is designed to clamp the reel. The taking-up mechanism, driven by themain electric motor which comes with a reduction gearbox and frequencyconverter, can operate synchronously with the entire production line.
The control system of the horizontal winding machine is equipped with originalMitsubishi A740 vector frequency converter, and brandedlow voltage elements. This ensures the long term continuous stable performanceof the winding machine.
