Usage
DZB-250D multifunctional automatic pillow type packing machine is developed and manufactured by our scientific research personnel for the second packing of aluminum-plastic drug plate in the pharmaceutical industry. This upgrades the damp proof performance of the packed aluminium-plastic drug plate and keeps the drug away from light.

Our machine utilizes a PLC programmable controller to program operation of the whole machine and is equipped with number printing, number of production, production date and term of validity, etc. on the outer package during packing process. Our research team has designed an automated feeder suitable for aluminum-plastic tablets of various specifications. The apparatus eliminates broken and bad plates, and raises the automation of the machine and carryout flow production.

The performance index of each of our products meets the requirements of GMP. We have acquired three national patents. The DZB-250D multifunctional automatic pillow type packing machine has passed the appraisal of new product and new technology organized by the Planning and Economic Commission of Zhejiang.
