Homogenizing Furnace
The homogenizing furnace is used to enhance the quality of aluminum profile products. Internal elements of aluminum billet (e.g. Mg2Si and Fe) will be uniform after treatment. The homogenizing furnace helps save die consumption, reduce extrusion force, and improve surface quality and mechanical performance of the finished products (elimination of internal stress and reduction of segregation).
Techinical information
Load capacity: 10-40 tons/batch
Fuel: light oil, natural gas, LPG
Energy consumption (light oil): 20-30 kg for each ton aluminum
Blower: double-speed recycling
Transmission: by charging car
Cooling method: by blower/ blower + spraying water
Control system: imported PLC and touch screen, which offers man-machine interface, long-distance maintenance and technical update.
