Features of the Clear PVC Film
1. The size of our clear PVC film is accurate. We offer PVC film with thickness between 0.04mm and 2.0mm, and the thickness tolerance is at 0.005mm. The film width ranges from 30cm to 220cm, according to customers’ demands.
2. Our clear PVC film offers high surface brightness. It has refractive index between 160 and 170 when measured by a refractometer at 60 degrees angle.
3. We utilize environmental friendly DINCH plasticizer from BASF and special production equipment for our plastic film manufacturing, so as to offer worldwide customers eco friendly clear PVC film conforming to EN71-3, ROHS, 2005/84/EC, 94/62/EC, REACH, and PAHS standards.
4. Due to high quality auxiliary materials acquired from BASF and CIBA, our clear PVC film is provided with good resistance to fire, static, aging, and UV, etc. Also, it is mould proof and has good air tightness. It has passed tests by SGS and TüV, and corresponding test reports are available.
