Metallurgy Rotary Kiln

The metallurgy rotary kiln is composed of a cylinder, gears, support device, kiln liner and kiln tail sealing equipment, kiln head hood, and combustion. The cylinder, as the heated pivoting part, is made of high-quality carbon steel plate and is supported on the support device by a tire. There is a mechanical or hydraulic pressure catch wheel on one or more gears in order to control the turning of cylinder. The gearing gyrate according to process-required rotating speed by ring gear in the middle of the cylinder. Because of the need of installation or maintenance, the bigger metallurgy rotary kiln has auxiliary gears, which makes the cylinder gyrate more slowly. To prevent cold air coming in and dust overflow, reliable kiln tail and head sealing equipment is installed on the feed and discharge end.
