The automatic cap sealing machine is manufactured in order to meet aluminum cap sealing requirement in the industries of pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, etc. A programmable logic controller is used as the control system. The cap sealing torque is controlled by a servo motor and can be preset on the touch screen. Cap sealing head stops when actual cap sealing torque reaches the set value. The cap sealing head can be adjusted in line with sealing requirements of aluminum caps of different specifications. The automatic cap sealing machine features convenient maintenance, rational structure and easy cleaning. It is well up to GMP requirements.
