PC2000III-C Automatic Cap Screwing Machine
The PC2000III-C automatic cap screwing machine is designed with three pairs of frictional wheels for a rubbing type of cap screwing. The cap screwing type will not damage the cap surface and the degree of tightness can be adjusted at will. The machine can automatically detect those that are not screwed properly and remove them, ensuring the screwing quality. The automatic cap screwing machine is well suitable for bottles of various specifications. Changeover of bottles and caps is quite easy and convenient, because the operators do not need to change parts but just need to adjust the hand wheel and screwing group. This saves working hours and improves working efficiency. The machine overthrows conventional means of arranging cap by electromagnetic oscillation but arranges caps pneumatically to avoid noise pollution and reduce electric power consumption. As for the control system, it is designed with a programmable logic controller (PLC) and frequency control of motor speed. Photoelectric devices for inspecting lack and jam of bottles control operating status of the equipment. The machine is incorporated with the device of arranging and lifting cap and a big capacity of cap hopper, which reduces cap feeding times and labor intensity and ensures the machine runs steadily and reliably. Even general operators will be able to easily master the equipment. The product is well up to GMP requirements.
