High Speed Paper Bowl Machine DBZS-3

Our DBZS-3high speed paper bowl machine has a reasonable design in structure and lownoise level. It completes knurling ofthe cup bottom and curling of the cup with two procedures, which helps toreduce the running travel of the machine. As a result, the high speed paper bowl machinewill run faster and perform steadier. The required form for the machine is 200g to 400g, both one-side PE paper and two-side PE paper.

1.Sealing with hot air improves the adhering effectand reduces the possibility of a water leak.
2. Each bowl is transferred into the mold by 90revolving, reducing the rate of wasting.
3. Accurate transfer of the bottom into the paperbowl.
4. Evenly revolving of the bottom prevents any rubbingto the printing on the paper bowl.
5. It automatically unloads the paper bowls when it comesto 50.
