Description
We manufacture high
quality thermocouple strip conforming to IEC or U.S. standards, which is suited
for use at temperature up to 1260°C (2300°F). The thermocouple strip is divided into thermocouple grade
wire and extension grade wire. The former,
or the high temperature wire is primarily used to make a variety of
thermocouples and temperature detectors. The latter is mainly applied in
manufacturing thermocouple extension cables, heating
conductors and small-sized temperature sensors.
Through the use of the vacuum furnace for smelting, and precision rolling
machinery, we are able to ensure reliability of our thermocouple strip. Also
special inspection equipment is utilized to makes sure the tensile strength, resistance and electromotive force of the
thermocouple wire are up to par.
