Features
1. The mining wheel loader is equipped with Steyr engine which adopts electric startup and electric flameout.
2. It uses single-stage, four-element, twin-turbo hydraulic torque converter. The hydraulic mechanical drive can automatically vary speed with external resistance, so as to fully utilize the power of the engine, improve the overall trafficability, simplify the operation, and protect the drive parts and the engine.
3. The wheel loader uses drive axle from Meritor Axle Company which is reliable and quality built.
4. The hinge joint between the front and back is located at the midpoint of the wheelbase. Hence, the rear tyre track completely overlaps the front tyre track, resulting in less tyre wear.
5. The adoption of finite element analysis helps enhance the overall structural strength, enabling the wheel loader to operate under heavy-load conditions.
6. The hydraulic system adopts dual pump convergent flow technology, being both efficient and energy saving. The flow-amplified steering and hydraulic pilot control greatly reduce the operator’s labor intensity. The steering limit mechanism is controlled both hydraulically and mechanically, but hydraulic control is prior to mechanical control for reduced impact.
7. The mining wheel loader uses single rocker arm, short pull rod, straight and flat boom, which offer high breakout force and fast cycle times.
8. Due to the utilization of electromagnetic positioning technology, the bucket is kept in level automatically for high efficiency.
9. Made from the composite material, the streamlined hood can be opened as a whole for convenient maintenance.
