Welding Manipulator
The welding manipulator is composed of a traveling
mechanism, swing mechanism, retaining mechanism, stand column, cross beam,
elevating system, control system and welding system, etc. It is usually used in
combination with welding turning roller and welding positioner,
and can be used for longitudinal seam welding and girth welding inside and
outside cylinders and large diameter pipes.
Our welding manipulator can be equipped with single or double wire submerged
welding head, CO2 welding head, MIG and MAG welding head, wire
feeder, and welding power supply, etc. Meanwhile, it can also be installed with
a welding seam tracking system, television monitor, or a controller to control
the swing movement of the welding torch, etc. The welding manipulator can
achieve automatic, highly efficiency, low cost and high quality welding
performances.
