Our company specializes in producing many parts that constitute a motor, like stator, rotor, as well as motor shaft and shell. With high precision equipment such as a slitter, nine automatic punch presses as well as other hydraulic machines and testing equipment, we are able to provide professional motor core processing and customization service for customers. Due to our high precision equipment and stringent quality control measures, we are able to produce a motor core with an inner diameter tolerance of ≤0.015mm, outer diameter tolerance of ≤0.013mm, concentricity of ≤0.03mm, perpendicularity of ≤0.01mm (stacking height ≤100mm) and burr of ≤0.03mm. We can also make a motor shaft with diameter of ≤Φ35mm and outer diameter tolerance of ≤0.003mm.
